Returns policy 

We accept returns on all our standard products providing they are in their original condition and have not been used. There will be a 10% re-stocking fee applied to all returns. 

Please send notification of the return via email ( within 14 days of your order being delivered. You will then have a further 14 days to return your order in it's original condition to our workshop address. 

We aim to refund within 3 working days of receiving your order back in it's original condition. 

If your item arrives to you damaged, please report damages along with images of packaging and damage within 24 hours of delivery. We only have 48 hours to claim for damages from the courier company and will need photographic evidence to claim. Please send this along with your name, address and order number to

*Any orders received damaged or in a used condition will not be eligible for a refund. 

*Any customised items will not be eligible for a refund.
